Our promise

Every RockMolds product is backed by a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. With normal use and proper storage, we guarantee thousands of impressions from each stamp — and many of our stamps in the field have been pouring for ten years and counting.

We personally inspect every product before it leaves our facility, and we stand behind it 100%.

What’s covered

• Manufacturing defects in the polyurethane rubber
• Failed bonding on stamp handles or backers
• Irregular texturing from production (extremely rare — caught in inspection)

What’s not covered

• Damage from improper storage — stamps left in direct sun, folded under heavy weight, or stored without their release coating
• Cuts, tears, or punctures from sharp tools, screws, or rebar
• Wear from cleaning with petroleum-based solvents (use water and a stiff brush)
• Color transfer from prolonged contact with strong stains or pigments

Care & storage

After each pour, hose the stamp clean before the release and concrete residue dries. Lay flat or hang on a wall — never fold, stack heavy items on top, or leave in direct sunlight for extended periods. Stored properly, our stamps last a lifetime.

Filing a claim

If something goes wrong, email shop@rockmolds.com with photos of the defect, your order number, and a brief description. We’ll review it the same business day.
