We originally started our family-based business on Maui, where all of our Hawaii Stone Textures originated from. While we still draw all our designs and inspiration from the islands, we now ship from the U.S. mainland, to Hawaii and the Continental US.

Welcome to RockMolds. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website rockmolds.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
RockMolds is a family-owned manufacturer of concrete stamping products, originally founded on Maui, Hawaii, and now based in Boise, Idaho.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We inspect every product before shipment. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at shop@rockmolds.com with photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Custom orders and used products are not returnable unless defective. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
All RockMolds products are backed by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and storage. With proper use and storage, our stamps are guaranteed to produce thousands of impressions.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, improper storage, modification, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact shop@rockmolds.com with your order number and photos.
Concrete stamping and related materials (color, release, stain, sealer) involve physical labor and chemical products. Always follow manufacturer instructions, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and observe local building codes and safety regulations. RockMolds is not responsible for injury, property damage, or project outcomes resulting from improper use of products.
All content on this Site — including product names, designs, text, images, logos, and the RockMolds brand — is owned by RockMolds or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased products for their intended commercial or personal stamping applications. You may not reverse-engineer, mold, or replicate our stamp patterns.

Except for the express limited warranty above, the Site and all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RockMolds and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or project costs, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
You agree to indemnify and hold RockMolds harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, products, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
