We originally started our family-based business on Maui, where all of our Hawaii Stone Textures originated from. While we still draw all our designs and inspiration from the islands, we now ship from the U.S. mainland, to Hawaii and the Continental US.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers depending on order size and destination. Most domestic orders ship within 1-2 business days of payment.
Standard ground shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
We are the only company in the world shipping our original Hawaii Stone Texture concrete stamps back to the islands. Having lived in Hawaii, we understand island shipping — and we promise the most economical and efficient quote available, especially for bulk orders. For Hawaii or Alaska orders, please request a shipping quote before checkout so we can offer freight consolidation rather than per-item rates.
If your stamps arrive defective, see our warranty page — we’ll handle that as a warranty claim, no return required.
For non-defective returns: we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Email shop@rockmolds.com to request a return authorization before shipping anything back.
Inspect your shipment immediately on arrival. If anything is damaged, take photos of the box and contents before moving them, and email us within 48 hours. We’ll file the carrier claim and replace the damaged items.
